  • Conference registration includes scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, lunches (3, 4 and 5 of April) and dinner.

  • Registration with transfer includes transport by bus from Madrid (Atocha) to Jarandilla, to the hotel, on 3rd April and the return on 5th April.

Payment Forms

The transfer costs must be paid by the registered person. The organization will not accept costs by bank transfer.

A payment receipt must be sent via email to the technical secretariat: secretaria@orexco.net

Cancellation Policy

Fees for Registration Cancellation: 20% until 23/02/24, 50% until 4/03/24, 100% after 05/03/24. Name changes are allowed. All cancellations and modifications must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat for approval.
