Conference registration includes scientific sessions, certificate of attendance, coffee breaks, lunches (29, 30 and 31 of October) and dinners.
Registration with transfer includes transport by bus from Madrid (Atocha) to La Cristalera, in Miraflores de la Sierra, on 29^th October and the return on 31^st October.
Outbound transfer - Tuesday, 29 October – 12h
Departure transfer - Thursday, October 31^st -15h

Cancellation Policy

Fees for Registration Cancellation: 20% until 30/07/25, 50% until 01/08/25, 100% after 01/10/25. Name changes are allowed.

All cancellations and modifications must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat for approval.
